PANAYIOTIS
I. KYRIACOU
Mr. Panayiotis I. Kyriacou holds a bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, with specialization in Accounting and Finance, from the School
of Management at Boston University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed
in the State of Massachusetts and he is an international member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kyriacou's experience has
been with large international audit and consulting firms both in Cyprus and abroad.
His international career begun with a two year accounting/financial assignment
in Libya. He subsequently held supervisory and managerial positions in Cyprus
based international audit firms. He is well acquainted with offshore matters having
served as an Offshore Services Manager with Arthur Andersen in Cyprus

P. CONSTANTINOU
Mrs. Athena P. Constantinou holds a bachelor degree in Business
Administration, with specialization in Accounting and Business Law from the Bernard
M. Baruch School of Business of the City University of New York. She also holds
a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Computer Information Systems from
the Bernard M.Baruch School of Business of the City University of New York. She
is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York and she is
an international member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mrs.
Constantinou has had considerable professional experience on an international
level in the fields of audit and business consulting. She has practiced as a CPA
for five years in New York City with in depth involvement in international audit,
tax planning and business consulting. Her professional career in Cyprus continued
to focus on the international aspects of audit, taxation and consulting as a result
of the prevailing offshore regime.
